New York!!!!!

 We went to New York over my fall break! We had a wonderful time! This was Jace's FIRST time on an airplane and he did excellent!! We were very proud of him. We went to Time Square to show Jace all the lights our first night there. He looked around everywhere! 

The next day, we rode the Subway (the choo-choo to Jace) over to see the Statue of Liberty. We rode the Ferry Boat by the Statue and Jace loved the boat. We had so much fun! Then we went to see the 9/11 Memorial! WOW, it is truly amazing!! That night, we went to our first YANKEES game!!! Lance was SO excited!! We had awesome seats and the atmosphere is unreal at the game. We had a blast! The game went into extra innings and didn't end until 11:30. Jace was a trooper and stayed awake the entire game! He loved it!! They won with a walk off home-run! It was very exciting and the fans went crazy!! It was an experience we will never forget!!

The next day we went to Central Park and played. The weather was great the entire trip! We also went to the toy store! We walked around Time Square again and just hung out. Then we went to another Yankees game that night! It was another exciting game! We sat in the bleacher section and it was fun! Everyone around us loved Jace and thought he was something. Jace was giving them all high five and fist bumps. He was pointing his finger along with them, clapping and dancing to the music. At one point, everyone around us started chanting..."Jace Jace Jace Jace." It was hilarious! He laughed and continued showing out!! This was an unforgettable experience for sure!!! This game also went into extra innings!! (We got our money worth for our tickets for both games) We finally decided to leave at 11:15 pm because we had to leave for the airport the next day at 4:00 am. 

This trip was AMAZING and I am so glad we got the opportunity to go. Lance has ALWAYS wanted to go to a game!! We have been to New York two other times but it wasn't during baseball season. We created some amazing memories as a family and we will have so much to tell Jace when he gets older. And we took a TON of pictures too! Jace did awesome and he loved it all!!!!
