Time needs to SLOW DOWN!

Jace is talking so good! He says complete sentences, phrases, asks questions and is learning so much!! Just recently he was watching a shape video and he was listening to the name of the shapes and all of a sudden he said "octagon". It was perfectly clear and totally surprised me!!

I was off on President's day and we had a fun day at the mall with GiGi, Aunt Lindsay, Knox and Rachel Grace. We got new shoes for all the kids, ate lunch, rode the carousal and merry-go-round. We had a great day! The kids were great!

 

Jace is doing a great job using his manners. He says "thank you mommy", " thank you daddy", and "please". He has gotten really good at this and it is so sweet!

Jace is still not the best eater. He does good some days and not so good on others. He likes eating cereal,mini pancakes and waffles, chicken fries and chips. He loves some chocolate too! He has a little sweet tooth like his daddy!! He likes to snack!

One day I was just being silly when I went to get him up from nap and I said "Hey Boo Boo". Jace just laughed and thought it was the funniest thing. Now he will look at me randomly and say "Hey Boo Boo". It makes me smile and he just giggles!!! I love little moments like this!!!

I recently had a birthday and Jace was so sweet! He would say "mommy birthday." He is a smart little boy and can say just about anything! I love the communication that we are able to have with him now!! Its amazing what all he has picked up on!

Jace sleeps in a pack-n-play for nap at Poppy and GiGi's house. He recently climbed out of it three times during nap time and wouldn't go to sleep. He only did it that one day but has taken a nap every other day since then. He has climbed out of his crib at home once. We might be going to a toddler bed sooner than we had planned!!

Jace has been hooked on "chocolate milk" lately. He doesn't want juice as much anymore. He is such a big boy and likes to help make it. He will open the fridge, get the chocolate and squeeze it into his cup. Then we put the top on it and he says "shake it shake it." He loves to help with everything!!! I love it!!

Jace absolutely LOVES going to "daddy's work" . He also LOVES the fork lift and Mr. Al takes him for a ride every time we go visit!!  If Jace asks "where daddy go?" and if I say work....then he will say "daddy move mattress" He is a smart little boy and he does not forget anything!

We have gone to a few Grizzles games recently and Jace loves it!! He did great!

I had a day off of work for a doctor's appointment so we meet Poppy and Gigi for lunch and then played outside!!

Playing at Chick-fil-a! This was Jace's first time to play at a fast food restaurant and he had a blast!

It is so much fun watching Jace grow and develop into a little boy. He brings so much joy, love and laughter to our life!!! We are so thankful for all these precious moments!!!
