Aug. 2nd: Jace's first day of 1st grade (registration day)
I can not believe my baby boy is a 1st grader!! He was SO excited to see that his best buddy Caynan was in his class again! We are excited about this year and to see what all he learns!!

Jace lost his first tooth:
Jace lost his first tooth a day before his first full day of 1st grade! He was SO excited and has been waiting for this day for a long time!!! The tooth fairy sure was nice to him!!! 

Helping Poppy with the pressure washer:
We went over to visit Poppy and GiGi and Jace immediately began helping Poppy work with the pressure washer! Jace has always loved to help his Poppy! 

Jace's first full day of 1st grade:
Jace had a great first day! He was excited to see his new class and meet new friends! He is in great hands in Mrs. Mandy Lynch's class! 

Aug. 12- river
The river is close to being finished and we can't wait to see the final project!! 

Aug. 16: Arlee June's first day of 4 K at TRA
My baby girl is starting 4K! Crazy! Time goes by so fast! My principal allowed me to sign in a few minutes late so that I could take Arlee June for her first day of "big school". She did great! She walked right in and was excited! Mommy had a few tears though!

Aug. 19- work weekend at the river
My parents went with us to the river to work. We cleaned and cleaned and cleaned! Construction was almost complete and we were trying to get ready for Labor Day weekend when Kathy and her family would be coming for the first time! We had a successful weekend of getting things organized and set up!

T-Ball:
Time for baseball! Jace's team decided to move up in age group so this will be a learning year! We lost a lot but our boys had a good time! Jace hit the ball great this season! He played short stop some, outfield and third base a few times. 

Alabama trip:
We love our weekends in Alabama with Kathy and her family! We went to the girls birthday party at Pump It Up and had a blast! I always love seeing our families together! 

Labor Day weekend at the river:
Kathy and her family got to come to the river for the first time! My parents also came to stay! We had a great time! We visited, rode on the boat and jet skis, tubed, cooked out and enjoyed the company of friendship! We had a wonderful weekend and I can't wait to do it again! Also, Kathy brought her homemade cheesecake and it was amazing!!

Arlee June started dance:
Sissy decided to take dance class! She loved her first day! I am excited to watch her grow and learn during this year!

Purchase of land:
Lance has wanted to buy land for a long time. We finally found some in Tipton County not too far away. We put in an offer and closed on it in September. We are excited about the future and can't wait to start building our future home! 

Wedding- Sept 15
Jace and Arlee June were in Troy and Kaitlin's wedding! They looked adorable and they did a great job! I was very proud of them!

Field day- Arlee June
Daddy got to go to Arlee June's little field day and have lunch with her! They said it was HOT! 

Sept. 23- river
We spent the day at the river and enjoyed our cabin! We love going and spending family time there!

Sept. 24 pool day
We love summer time and pool days! The water was a little chilly for me but the kids didn't mind! They swam and swam!

Sept. 30 Rebel Run/ TRA Carnival
I ran in the 5K at TRA in the morning and then we enjoyed the carnival that afternoon! The kids enjoyed some rides and playing games! It was a fun day!
