Jace turned ONE on March 30, 2012. WOW, this has been a fast year and we have enjoyed every second of it!!! Jace's birthday was on a Friday. Lance and I were both off work so we got to enjoy the day with our little blessing! We went to Jerry's Snow Cones and Jace LOVED it!! We gave him a wagon and took it will us!! We had a great day celebrating!! Later in the day GiGi, Poppy and NayNay came over to see the birthday boy!! He got a truck from Poppy and GiGi and a playset from NayNay for outside. It is hard to believe that he is already one!!
We had Jace's party on Saturday (March 31st) at 2:30. It was a huge success!!! We are so blessed for all our family and friends that came to celebrate with us. Kathy and her family came in town and stayed with us for the night. We had a GREAT time. Jace did great during the party. We played outside for a while, then opened lots of presents, then did cake and ice cream and went back outside to play. It was a beautiful day!! The weather was perfect!!

This past year has been full of blessings as we have watched Jace grow and change. He has changed our life in so many ways that words can't even describe how amazing it truly is. He is walking around everywhere and is starting to talk a lot more. Some of his new words are-light, hot & up. He has 9 teeth! He LOVES being outside. He walks around the backyard picking up rocks and throwing them and just explores looking at everything. His little personality is really showing and we love to hear him giggle and laugh. He really likes music and starts bouncing and dancing to it all the time. He is a very busy little boy!! He loves blowing kisses and waving when he sees people or to tell you "hi" or "bye." When outside walking around, he doesn't like to hold our hand anymore. He is getting very independent! He is slowly starting to eat more and more people food. We try new things all the time to see what he likes.
Jace is a precious part of our family and we love him so much!!!! We thank GOD every day for blessing us by being his parents. We look forward to the times ahead and will cherish all the memories that we have already made!!!!
