We got lots of snow/ice March 3-6, 2014. It was more ice than snow. We had several days to play and we enjoyed it all!! AP, Allie and Wesley came over the first day to play. Jace loved riding the four wheeler (they couldn't ride very long because it was too cold)
Jace was bundled in layers of clothes and he staying nice and warm!
Arlee June wore her snow suit again and she stayed warm too! She enjoyed watching and looking around!!
We had a blast sledding down the driveway!! We have the perfect little hill to go down!!
Jace was having a blast playing in the snow and then we had a little accident!!! He wore sunglasses to keep the falling snow out of his eyes. He was trying to walk up the small hill that the snow formed on the steps of our front porch and he slipped and fell. He busted his lip and cut here between the eyes.
He is a tough boy. He cried but we got him settled down fast. We cleaned it up and put a butterfly bandaid on it. He only wanted the bandaid if his daddy would wear one.
After resting inside for a while.....we went back out to play!!!
Playing in the snow wore our little man out. He fell asleep at the table while eating his snack!!!
We moved him to the couch and he napped through dinner.
Day 2....we went back out for some more fun!!!! Our streets and everything was still completely covered!!!!
We had a blast sledding down the driveway!!!! Jace loved it!!!!
Our neighbors Joey, Joseph and Connor came to join us!!!
I am SO glad that we had such an awesome snow/ice and that we got to enjoy it for a few days!!!! Lots of memories were made!!
And mommy loved ALL the extra time off work!!!
